About Elle Holder
As a middle child, with the strong interpersonal and communication skills associated with her birth order, Elle naturally gravitated to Human Resources Development. But after 17 years of corporate life, it was time for a change. Over the last 12 years she’s been assisting organizations develop their workforces on a broader scale—through her writing.
