In our continuing quest to enable more vibrant workplaces, we do quite a bit of research and analysis. We recently published a white paper with Brian Solis analyzing research we did into who was and was not engaged at work and why. We’ve now taken it a step further.
Our key takeaways? While the presence of employee communications and employee engagement programs move the needle a little, focusing those efforts on building what matters – that’s where the opportunity lies.
