Now we're talking. Literally! We're bringing the topics covered on this blog to life with a new interview podcast.
Hello dear blog readers. We’ve got some news that we’re excited to share with you. We’ve been hard at work over the past couple months perfecting our newest addition to the Blog: the People at Work podcast!
People at Work is a series of conversations with individuals leading change to create extraordinary workplaces. Our guests are experts in their fields, leaders, and real people making change happen. In each episode we get real with guests about common workplace issues we all face—engagement, teamwork, leadership, and culture—and discuss practical ideas for making change happen.
We wanted to get in the weeds with real stories and firsthand experiences to see what people are doing to change their workplaces for the better. We thought we’d share those stories with you! Besides, not everyone has time to read an article or two (or twenty) on workplace issues. So we made a podcast.
Bev Attfield, Director of Brand, Customer Experience, and Employee Experience at Jostle. If you’re a regular reader of the Blog, you’ve no doubt encountered Bev’s articles before because she’s written over a hundred of them!
Dustin Tysick, VP of Marketing & Growth at Jostle. He’s spent the past ten years finding the best ways to optimize and grow businesses.
You can find us wherever you usually get your podcasts. Here are the first three episodes:
Episode 1: Jeff Smith on changing (and engaging) a million people
Episode 2: Don Bell on fun, purpose & profit
Episode 3: Laurie Bennett on unlearning leadership
We're also on: Breaker, Castbox, Overcast, Pocket Casts and Radiopublic
We want to hear from you! Do you have a story to share about leading change in your workplace? Do you have a suggestion for a topic to cover or a guest to interview? Get in touch with us and we’d be happy to make it happen.
