Oscar Berg on the Preconditions for Collaboration

Written by Jostle | Nov 24, 2014 3:13:05 PM

Last week we were lucky enough to host Digital Strategist, Oscar Berg as a webinar speaker. He shared insights on why collaboration is harder than it used to be, and highlighted solutions to make it easier than ever before.

We found his focus on the “collaboration pyramid” extremely valuable. This model illustrates how much stuff needs to be going on “below the water line” in order to ensure that high level collaboration works. Perhaps he should consider renaming it the collaboration iceberg?

We got quite a lot of twitter comments on the talk, and we’d like to thank @vmaryabraham in particular for her contributions to the conversation.

If you’d like to make sure you’re invited to future webinars, please subscribe. We’re always looking for interesting speakers on collaboration, intranets, employee engagement and communications. Feel free to suggest one.
