How G2 calculates rankings
G2 calculates category rankings based on two factors: customer satisfaction and market presence (which considers the seller’s size). The ‘satisfaction’ ranking looks at reviews from verified Jostle users. Market presence considers the software vendor’s size, including the number of employees, total reviews, and presence on social media.
Jostle became a leader in the Fall 2022 Report by receiving positive reviews from verified users compared to similar products in the Employee intranet and Employee communications categories. A product must have received ten or more reviews for inclusion in the report.
