The MISA Ontario Annual Meeting had all the bells and whistles. Extensive speaker program, large tradeshow, and extensive networking opportunities in several great formats. All this executed down to last detail by a huge team of volunteers (the “flight” and “ground” crews). In many ways it reminded me of the Vancouver Olympics in its spirit and execution. Well done Region of Peel!
Since we help foster collaboration and teamwork, I’m curious as to how this all came together so well? How were the volunteers rallied and organized so well? Who were the key people that provided the leadership and vision that made this event succeed?
